A one-room studio in Southside Glasgow. Sixteen years, one practitioner, and a plan for your skin rather than a menu of one-off appointments.
Or jump straight to what is bothering you
Where to begin
Most people arrive knowing what bothers them, not which treatment fixes it. Pick the closest one and you will get an honest plan, the real number of sessions, what it costs in total, and who it is not suitable for.
Two halves, one plan
Most clinics do skin. Most salons do beauty. Doing both means your brow appointment and your skin course are planned by the same person, around the same events in your life.
Course-based work with a consultation first. Prices are per session and the full course total is always shown before you commit.
Everything priced openly, bookable straight away, no consultation needed unless you want one.
Planning a wedding
Skin work takes months, brows take weeks, henna takes days. Get the order wrong and you are having a facial the week you should be leaving your skin alone. Put your wedding date in and get the whole schedule.

"She was super friendly, welcoming, and highly professional from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and took the time to answer all of my questions."

Concerns
Each one gives you the honest plan: how many sessions, spaced how far apart, what the whole thing costs, how much downtime, and who it is not for.
Treatments & prices
Select whatever you are interested in. It collects at the bottom of the screen and you can either book online or send the list straight to Noureen on WhatsApp. Prices include the consultation time inside the appointment.
Bridal planner
Put in the wedding date. You will get every appointment in the right order, including the ones that have to stop. Nothing new goes near your face inside four weeks of the day, and this schedule respects that.
The person doing your treatment
Noureen Soomro brings sixteen years of experience in beauty and aesthetics. Certified across a broad range of treatments and committed to keeping her training current, she tailors every appointment to the individual client. Her approach is unhurried, personal, and focused on results that look natural.
A large clinic can offer you a team. It cannot offer you the same practitioner on every visit, someone who remembers how your skin reacted last time and adjusts before you have to ask. That continuity is the whole reason Shades stays a one-room studio.
Clients travel from across Southside Glasgow, East Renfrewshire and Lanarkshire. Home visits are available with a travel charge.
Skin treatments are not carried out during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on active infection or broken skin, on anyone taking oral isotretinoin within the last six months, or where there is a history of keloid scarring. Some treatments are unsuitable alongside certain medications or medical conditions. All of this is checked at consultation, and being told no is a normal outcome.
Injectable treatments for lines, wrinkles and facial contouring are not sold from a price list. They begin with a free face-to-face consultation where Noureen assesses your skin and discusses what is and is not suitable.
Where a treatment requires a prescription, it is prescribed by a qualified prescriber before anything is carried out. A consultation does not commit you to treatment and may conclude that treatment is not appropriate for you.
